A- 2 Full egg with the yolk
B- 1 Full egg only if you have diabetes type 2  or LDL or you are above 70's

1. Prioritize sleeping.
2. Do not skip any meal.
3. Work on planning your meals.
4. Stay active.
5. Always do the combination of carbs, protein, and fat, so don't take low carb diet plan.
6. Avoid processed and fried food

Turmeric as its natural form have a very low absorption that's why to increase its absorption
1-Boil it and drink it as a tea
2-Add it to any cooked food but with black pepper
3-Add it fresh to any salad but with olive oil or avocados

Bacon, hotdog, salami, canned meat have been classified as number 1 carcinogenic foods, why?
Because it contains nitrate that it does not break down on its own, but it uses the bacteria in the saliva  and stomach to be converted to nitrite and this is what increases the risk of cancer
